Workshop protocol

Purpose:

The design workshop is focused primarily on expanding the proposed concept through co-design activities with users and building an understanding of how the product will effectively behave to promote connection with the piece of art. The workshop purpose would be:

  1. Understand how the digital version of the artwork and ability to explore it digitally (f.e zooming-in/out) changes users’ emotions/attitude towards the art.
  2. Understand how to build a personalization process: questionnaire/ keywords/ other
  3. Understand how to integrate a person in the piece of art;
  4. Understand how users perceive the concept, understand their attitude towards it and which things to improve for a better connection.

Preparation: Ask participants to fill-in questionnaire answering following questions: What is your occupation? What is your fav color? What activities did you like to do in your childhood? What are your hobbies? What would you like to learn to do in the future? Ask participants to send their photos

Bring to workshop Paper and pens for icebreaker activity; Physically printed pictures & short descriptions of it (for each participant); Printed tasks Post-it notes (different colors); Digital links of the pictures; Ask participants to have laptops; Chocolate/cookies :) Consent forms & Participant sheets
