ReciPro installation is complete but doesn't start at all (the "Now Loading..." window does not appear)

Install (or re-install) .Net Desktop Runtime 9.0. (https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/9.0).

The "Now Loading..." window appears, but it stops in the middle of the process

In this case, there are the following possible causes.

Issue with loading the registry

Before launching ReciPro, try to clear all registries in "\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Crystallography\ReciPro"

Issue with OpenGL compatibility

Try to launch ReciPro with the CTRL key held down. With this operation, it will be launched with OpenGL disabled.

To enable OpenGL again, uncheck "Disable OpenGL" in the "Option" menu and restart.

(Note: I have verified that the OpenGL rendering works properly with Intel UHD series and NVIDIA GeForce series.)

Issue with loading the initial crystal list

1. Uninstall ReciPro

2. If the following folders exist, please delete them (### should be replaced by your username):

- C:\Users\###\AppData\Local\Crystallography Software\ReciPro

- C:\Users\###\AppData\Roaming\ReciPro\ReciPro

3. Re-install ReciPro

Try "File" => "Reset to initial crystal list"
