- Pull sysroot from new make-sysroot repo - Update hard coded paths - Update dependencies (specifically opencv) - Fix compile errors from upstream API changes

While nothing actually takes advantage of CUDA in this state, it can be merged without affecting any functionality. Changes to actually utilize CUDA can be made later. |
