Depends on #172
Changes from pool test:

  • Functional coin flip implementation
    • Add coinflip specific gate run mission
    • Fix gate detection for coinflip mission
  • Modified depths based on swimmer feedback/pool depth
  • Attempted changes to path align (not functional)

Changes from prior pool test:

  • Add delay to gate run
  • Modified path_align
  • Add cuda features to opencv

- Pull sysroot from new make-sysroot repo
- Update hard coded paths
- Update dependencies (specifically opencv)
- Fix compile errors from upstream API changes
- Add delay to gate run
- Modified path_align
- Add cuda features to opencv
