- Agreement / Contract Update
- No concerns with RSG's scope and Joe will make sure that moves forward for being finalized
- Will initiate new contracts between consultants and Zephyr that are extensions/replacements for contract with AMPO
- No objections to that decision were voiced during meeting
- RSG and WSP will send their proposed discussion dates for their technical tasks to Joe over next few days
- Partner agreements
- Please review agreements and set-up a meeting to discuss with Joe if needed
- Documents were reviewed by attorney
- In most cases the only changes are changing from referring to AMPO to referring to Zephyr
- Want to minimize number of edits so that it makes it easier to get it through each agency and it limits number of changes requested by individual agencies
- Two weeks from now (March 4) is deadline for pre-legal agency review
- Joe needs help flagging other steps that need to be taken to get agency approval of agreements
- Multi-year agreements are an option; Need to align it to a July 1 start and June 30 end date
- Suggest canceling this Thursday's (March 20th) meeting
- ActivitySim installation issues
- WSP reviewed and replicated issue (#919)
- WSP made a pull request to partly address the issue
- WSP needs to make other updates to fully address issue on conda forge
- WSP will do another pull request to address #922, that ActivitySim 1.3.1 is not on Pypy
- WSP could not replicate error noted in #920
- Suggest tabling fixing issue to see whether it resolves itself with fixing other issues
- Installation instructions in documentation are pointing to wrong version - installs ActivitySim 1.2.2
- WSP recommends updating documentation page
- WSP suggests removing python version in installation instructions; will test it w/o python version included
- There is backward compatibility issues when following documentation to try to install older versions of ActivitySim
- Jeff suggests adding a lock feature to help w/ preventing these issues
- Would be a long-term fix, but would take about 2 weeks of effort
- It is necessary, but it is not urgent - fix can be put off till July
- WSP could do a temporary fix that would be low level of effort; This is necessary to do before doing longer term lock fix
- Joe suggests moving forward with this fix
- Plan to revisit the discussion next week to decide how to move forward with longer term fix
- Jeff suggests adding a lock feature to help w/ preventing these issues
- WSP reviewed and replicated issue (#919)
