Added metric product type for wxcc CRM integrations

This pull request addresses

CRM Integrations for WxCC require a separate product type for metrics so we can differentiate them in Amplitude

by making the following changes

Adding an additional product type, wxcc_crm, to the available product codes in the metrics plugin

Change Type

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
• Documentation update
• Tooling change
• Internal code refactor
