Decided to remove the workflow. Will get to adding this later.
The changes require familiarity with RegExp. The changes made by the workflow were not consistent with the text in
LICENSE.Plus, we want to make changes to the line in
conf.py. Will need to figure out a way to use something like below:https://github.com/FantasticFiasco/action-update-license-year?tab=readme-ov-file#i-want-to-update-my-license-but-it-isnt-supported-by-this-action
