Alpheus is based on following packages :

Teleop - Control Alpheus as an ROV.
Alpheus Messages - Custom messages for sensor and data communication.
Alpheus Actions - Depth, Heading controller servers, and clients.
Control - Robust Low-Level PID Controller.
Mission Planner - High-Level Mission Planning.
Vision - Algorithms for underwater tasks.
GUI - Graphical User Interface for visualizing and planning underwater mission.
