What i did:
Added relevant kernel config flags to fix a soft lockup issue during kdump enablement on marvell prestera arm64 platform

Made relevant inclusions/exclusions of few kernel config flags
How to verify it
Loaded the image on marvell-prestera-arm64 device and performed few kdump config/triggers
