The
validator_metricsfrom Lighthouse should be fully supported, because we can then reuse e.g. dashboards. This PR implements this support (except where code is due to be reused from Lighthouse - TODOs have been added appropriately).Additionally, a simple metric to measure consensus time has been added.
Finally, a bug regarding the listen address of the metrics server has been fixed.
