Purpose
This PR scaffolds the types and interfaces for the
processMatchSettlemethod on the darkpool. This method receives the validity proofs of two parties, a proof ofVALID MATCH SETTLE, and proof links between the parties' proofs and the settlement proof. This method batch verifies all proofs, then updates the Merkle and nullifier state appropriately.Testing
