Purpose
This PR adds tests for deposits and withdrawals via
updateWallet.For deposits, this PR adds helpers to generate permit2 signatures over the deposit witness -- in our case the previous root key of the wallet.
For withdrawals, this PR adds helpers to generate K256 signatures over the abi encoded transfer struct. This differs slightly from the stylus implementation which postcard serializes the transfer struct. This will need to be resolved client side.
Testing
