I tested the newly built PuppetDB & Puppet DB termini for Debian 12 (x86_64) by installing it on a Debian VM. The installation went as expected, and the server successfully communicates with the Puppet DB. Attached is the log file. For reference, I have kept the Debian VM (sly-pillage.delivery.puppetlabs.net) with the Puppetserver & PuppetDB installation intact, in case anyone wants to verify the installation themselves. |

This will also need some changes to ci-job-configs to start building and testing Debian 12. |

Updated ezbake (via PR puppetlabs/ezbake#629) build version from 2.5.5 to 2.6.2, as this newer version includes the support for debian-12-x86_64.
This will be used to build puppetdb for debian-12-x86_64
