Made the following changes to the docs:

  • Ran through docs/docs/guides/installation and made sure it's up to date
    • Added sudo to the curl commands
    • Added a spin-down command to the curl commands
    • Removed references to the stable branch
    • Removed references to demo.build as it's no longer needed
  • Replaced [sh || bash || console] with shell for consistency
  • Replaced Graphql with graphql for consistency
