Describe the bug

https://build.ci.opensearch.org/blue/organizations/jenkins/release-opensearch-ruby-aws-sigv4/detail/release-opensearch-ruby-aws-sigv4/4/pipeline/ failed because rvm couldn't load. So, the job env couldn't switch to Ruby 2.6 which resulted in failure as this gem and its dependency require Ruby 2.5 and up to install.

I've tried building and installing this gem using different security levels with ruby 3.2.2 and didn't run into any issue.
