1.1 Update (macOS)

I ported pyNDI to macOS and spent a few days learning about running tensorflow on M1. The results are now Intel and M1 ready versions of NDI-Classify. If a partner steps in to offer a code signature and validation to bundle into a .app, I will update the attachments, but for now, right click on the binaries and hit Open and then Open on the pop up to run these.
