This github action runs OSSF scorecard everyday at 4:00 PM Pacific Time and also updates the score on scorecard badge. Currently, the scorecard is only run once a week and needs to be run daily to keep the score current. Signed-off-by: Juee Himalbhai Desai <juee.himalbhai.desai@intel.com>
