feat(nest): added support for nest v11.x

Current Behavior

It is currently not possible to generate nest projects with version 11.x

Expected Behavior

Proposal:

• Have the ability to generate nest with version 11.x (for more information on v11.x see here https://trilon.io/blog/announcing-nestjs-11-whats-new )
