Add a way to view the expression specificity in the associated celltype, for the phenotype

So, e.g. where "Cardiomyocytes" are associated with "Cardiac conduction abnormality", we want to be able to have a bargraph pop up, showing the expression specificity of the genes which cause "Cardiac conduction abnormality" in "Cardiomyocytes", with the ordering the x-axis sorted by their expression specificity (most specific genes on the left).
