- Added support for the multiple #DEPENDS commands in ordering file
- Introduced a new --pabotprerunmodifier argument (enabling support for DependencyLibrary in the future)
- Implemented tests for these features
- Updated the README.md accordingly

- DataError prints correct messages to stdout, not more general Exception - fixed tests (which I myself broke)
- Due to LF or CRLF line endings hashes are different.
- Starting from Robot Framework 7.0 "test.full_name" returns full name of the test - Older versions use "test.long_name" instead.
In addition: - Changed --help to read documentation directly from README.md, so future maintenance only in one place. - Changed --version to print shorter information than --help.
