BREAKING CHANGE: Remove value from Action parameter

Pull Request (PR) description

This PR removes the add_replace value from the Action parameter in the IntuneAccountProtectionLocalUserGroupMembershipPolicy resource. This value was already superseded with a new one from the Graph API.
