IRC server compatibility improvements #34

Wanting to run this on a private home network IRCd (ngircd) required a few changes:

No mode set received, changed to instead trigger successful login on the Welcome msg (001)
Local server addressed as 192.168.0.2 but the configured IRCd name was irc.hostname.local, updated to set the server name as returned in the Welcome msg for subsequent filtering

These changes should not result in less compatibility with setups already working.
