Week View
The Calendar Week View can be toggled by clicking the week view button located below main tabs. This view shows a single week divided up into 7 columns (one for each day of the week). Each day of the week is divided up into half hour sections that will display events that are occurring on that specific day and will be placed in the day depending on the time of the event. You can scroll up and down to adjust the time axis.
###How to use
- To move forward and backward in the week view of the calendar, you can click on the forward (>) and backward (<) buttons and the week view will display the following or previous week as requested. If at any time you need to go back to the current week, you can click on the "Today" button and the week view will display the current week as requested.
- To move to a specific day of the week, you can click on the specific day label you wish to go to and the calendar will switch to the [day] (https://github.com/magwitch324/wpi-suite/wiki/Day-View) view that displays the specific day that was requested.
- On the week view, you have the option of displaying commitment and/or team data (depending on wether you are viewing your personal or team calendar) by checking the boxes labeled "Show Commitments" and/or "Show Team Data."
- Should you not want to display commitments and/or team data, you can simply uncheck their respective boxes and no information will be displayed on the week view.
- When commitments are selected to show up in the week calendar, they will be displayed at their specific due date and time.
- Events will always be displayed on the week calendar view.
- When clicking an event or a commitment in the week view, a new popup will allow for editing the commitment or event.
- Commitments are also displayed on a side pane located at the right of the week calendar view.
- The current week range is displayed at the top of this side pane.
- This side pane is dedicated to displaying a list of all commitments.
- If you only want to see the open commitments in the visible range (i.e. the open commitments for the specific week displayed), you can select the "Show all open commitments in visible range" radio button at the top of the commitments side pane.
- If you want to see all open commitments (whether in the visible range or not), you can select the "Show all open commitments" radio button at the top of the commitments side pane.
- You can be directed to the [edit commitment] (https://github.com/magwitch324/wpi-suite/wiki/Edit-Commitment) tab by clicking on any commitment displayed on the commitments list side pane.
