First Fully Functional Version - Untested

In essence a pre-beta version. All the intended functionality of the two tools has been included and every feature was tried at least once and worked. However, no regression testing so old stuff may have been broken by new stuff and no testing with multiple simultaneous users. The application is released as a Java Web Application in a Web Archive 'war' file. Only ever tested in Tomcat 9.
