Run addGeoNames.py

Transformations in this script:

• Transforms geographic headings in columns spatial_fast and spatial_lcnaf into hierarchical headings based on GeoNames
  • Maryland--Baltimore --> Baltimore, Maryland, United States
  • Baltimore (Md.) --> Baltimore, Maryland, United States
  • This is done by finding schema:sameAs references to GeoNames within the FAST authority files.
