[🚀] Changes and Fixes in Halo Preview 1.14.6

During the long time of my inactivity, a lot have been troubling my minds from school stuffs, personal side-projects, learning development deeper and even developing apps/solutions for innovation competition for my school. Despite being so busy, now I sacrificed about 7-8 hours in the last 2 days to work on a lot of Radon. Here's a big and pretty stable update for everyone! 🥳🔥

Added

• [New!] Implemented smooth animations when the window gains or loses focus while using custom themes.
• [New!] Implemented a more relevant quick options menu to replace the tab actions menu, providing easy access to top-level actions, including navigation, view modes, tools, and more.
• [New!] Weather information in the new tab is now a button with a flyout.
• [New!] Added downloads popup, utilizing a WebView2 element to display the edge://downloads page.
• [New!] Increased accessibility to the full-screen toolbar.
• [New!] Added an option to disable custom themes.

Fixes

• Fixed favicon not displaying in tabs.
• OOBE (Out of Box Experience) now launches when the user profile isn't set up, preventing crashes on startup [#2, #5].
• Fixed new tabs not showing up when added sometimes.
• Restored an option to open the (currently non-working) Settings page in the overflow menu.
• Pressing ESC in the address bar now correctly releases focus from the address bar.
• Fixed issues with caption button coloring.

Updated

• Improved tab tooltip with a more visually appealing appearance with richer information.
• Improved tab strip appearance to make it easier for users to distinguish between active and inactive tabs with styling enhancements.
• A bit of detailed UI animation improvements throughout the app.
• Simplified the layout of the "No Internet" page to minimize distraction and confusion during navigation.
• The placeholder time display in the new tab page has been replaced with a functional one.
• Reduced the padding of the web content frame to optimize screen space usage.
• Improved app performance by removing old unused code and UI elements, as well as performing code refactoring.
