The script leaflet_maps.R includes code to replicate the single species HTML web maps available via the dropdown menus at https://heliconius-maps.github.io. Note that this script contains some Windows-specific components (e.g. backslashes in file paths).

The script leaflet_shiny.R has code to create the Shiny web app for mapping and downloading geographic data (https://heliconius-maps.github.io/Download).

geographic_data.csv contains some example geographic data for Heliconius sapho and Heliconius telesiphe.
