Add capability 104047 (boost timeout max)

This value is customizable in the expert settings of the towel rack (eg. Sauter Asama).
This PR adds an adjustable sensor for the boost maximum timeout.

Actually, the value is probably editable via integration, but the constraints are difficult:

• unit of measurement: minutes
• min value: 5
• max value: 60
• step: 15 or 5

I just added a "minutes_adjustment_number" type with "lowest_value", "highest_value" and "step" if you want to try
