There needs to be a better system to automate this as we grow.
This folder reflects an older version of Galaxy governance, where communities were not SIGs or represented at GCB, and - for example - where tool wrapping was a critical component. This section content is now morphed into SIG tutorials and the governance pages.

Here we use the latest GCB/SIG tutorials in the GTN and combine this with the Hub to make for a more sustainable system to update stuff in both sites (and make it easy to send people links to FAQ when they want to make SIGs or join the GCB!)
