First Release!

Unless I find more bugs this is the release I will submit to the PocketMine plugin repository.

• Fixes players are not blocked during control.
• Fixes control doesn't close on target quit.
• Fixes inventory not syncing correctly.
• Fixes chat message being sent by both control and target.
