- We mainly investigated the daily activities of users and the quality of their sleep, aiming to find some factors that can affect the user's sleep. We found some commonalities of interviewers, such as sleep rhythm, diet, exercise. However, some users are different. Some people will sleep well after drinking coffee, and some people will not sleep well after exercise. In short, because of individual differentiation, the behavioral factors that affect people's sleep are different. But the results of the research show that everyone seems to think that stress can lead to poor sleep quality, which is a factor that has not found an exception so far.
Based on the above findings, we decided that our design only allows users to record daily behavioral that have a significant impact on sleep quality, and removes mental health,because it has no individual differences.
