Research Results

In the previous research shows that many factors influence a sleep quality. Caffeine and alcohol will stimulate people’s brain and people who excessive intake caffeine will result in a poor sleep quality. On the other hand, a regular sleep habit is important for people, people who lack sleep will feel fatigue. In addition, exercise is also essential for people. Exercise can improve people have a good sleep quality.

In our design, we will focus on sleep time, drinks, exercise to design our product.

Initial Concept

Our original concept was to combine the wearable device with the mobile app. The system will assign some tasks to them. Then when they finish the task in the day, they can record on the watch, and then the mobile app has a list of tasks, the more you complete, the easier it is to have a good night's sleep. In fact, the original concept also assumes that the watch has a physical data detection function, and online experts will give advice through the analysis data of the mobile APP.
