v0.0.2 : Beta: Parse metadata sections

This release focuses on parsing for the remaining major metadata sections
Some iterative improvements to the project structure and design.

• Parse CURVE section
• Parse PARAMETER section
• Parse OTHER section
• Add a very basic initial test framework

Beta : Initial release package of existing functionality

This release formalizes the existing code. The current functionality is as follows:

• Parse the Version and Well sections of LAS files.
• Tested on darwin-amd64
• Filter which sections are displayed: -p [vw]
