Update kokoro-onnx to version 1.0
This PR updates the text-to-audio-kokoro tool to use kokoro-onnx version 1.0. Changes include:
Note: These changes were not tested locally as they only involve updating URLs and filenames to match the new release version. The kokoro-onnx API interface remains unchanged in v1.0.
