[CHANGED] just import ensembl_lite modules rather than individual
functions, classes etc... Bit more flexible in terms
of accessing new functions
[CHANGED] motivated by impending changes to AnnotationDb from cogent3, where
classes now use stop as SLQ column names instead of end
[CHANGED] end is a keyword that is strictly enforced in many SQL dialects.
cogent3 is moving to using stop in SQL tables rather than edn, so we have
updated all comparable cases here
