This PR restructures the build process to allow using the modern .NET SDK, adopting the artifacts output layout and introducing a GitHub Actions workflow for CI. A self-contained Bonsai environment has been added to simplify local testing and future automation.
Package metadata is also updated to comply with modern NuGet recommendations and pre-release packages are published to the repository package feed on push to main.
