I'm okay to merge the PR to our branch and release it as a tag.
However, could we wait a little on releasing it in ROS Bloom until we are done with the first phase of Autoware Core porting?
I just want to make sure that all disruptive fix that we might need for phase 1 to be merged to this package before releasing it as a binary (like we saw in autoware_internal_msgs ).
