Advanced Programming (UT Austin) Project - Reviews of Vaccines, Hospitals, Pharmacies etc

As part of phase2 and phase3 we have added the following features:

Web App:

1. Implement location tagging and geo location.
2. Associate every review with a random location
3. Created a geo-view maps page which shows pins for the location of reviews
4. When you hover over the pin, it shows you the review photo EXTRA FEATURE: the hover box will show the review title as well

Mobile App:

1. Mobile app with User Sign-in, View Themes categorized by posts, and Create Posts (with picture and geo location) functionality
