Fixes: #4877

Description

Summary: The translate button is now moved to the navbar, appearing only in mobile view, with a responsive popup for language selection. On desktop, the button is hidden for a cleaner layout.
Issue Fixed: The original layout had a fixed translate button that was not responsive, and the navbar wasn’t fully optimized for mobile devices.
