Tutorial of FEDRA for ROOT SWAN notebooks

To use this tutorial, you need to enter SWAN with an account with access to SND@LHC experiment folder in EOS.

Indeed, when SWAN turns on, set the setup script to:

/eos/experiment/sndlhc/users/aiulian/fedraxswan/setup_new.sh

Then you are good to go
