6.3.2 - Fix settings.toml Support for Image Converter

This release resolves a leftover reference to secrets in favor of the newer settings.toml variation.

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython Bundle.

To use in CPython, pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-pyportal.
