This PR mainly features an improvement to both the development and debugging experience. I have added
nodemonto assist with hot reloading the app when changes are made to any of the watched files or directories while the app is running. The watched files and directories are listed innodemon.json. Debug configuration was tweaked to both considernodemonand avoid applying a breakpoint at the beginning of the debug session.
