Expose more models for tuning, bump dependency PyGrinder version num, and overwrite torch.autocast

What does this PR do?

1. fixing HPO-support model list needs to be updated #571;
2. fixing FutureWarning: torch.cuda.amp.autocast(args...) is deprecated since torch 2.4 #520;
3. bump the version num of dependency PyGrinder;
