I have two worries here:
- This kind of thing would normally be handled by the apt role (called a few tasks later)
- We might not have a way to install packages yet
I don't remember why I moved the apt call to the end in a2b8ba1, but maybe we need to do that separately in bootstrap playbook? Otherwise, this change LGTM
