I would make here the change to the global README.
After that, I think this PR could live as is, without adding the other work items that we can keep for later.
In particular, my suggestion for the next PRs is (in order - maybe with dedicated issues(?)):
- seed dedicated MongoDB based on new be
- understand what to do with fe (and searchapi)
- the others that you suggested already
Last, I am unsure we should support LDAP or just use KC everywhere
