📋 Description (ADD HACKTOBERFEST AND GSSOC BANNER ON THE README)

This PR adds the official Hacktoberfest and GSSOC banners to the top of the README file to showcase the project’s participation in these open-source events. The purpose is to attract more contributors and increase engagement in the project.

🔨 Changes Made

  • Added Hacktoberfest banner at the top of the README.
  • Added GSSOC banner below the Hacktoberfest banner.
  • Adjusted README formatting to align the banners properly.

Update the labels to level 1 @Harshdev098
