Added all Indian states and union territories to the user form

Description

  • Added a complete list of Indian states and union territories in alphabetical order.
  • Ensured correct spelling and grammar for all entries.
  • Properly formatted <option> elements for seamless integration.

  • States and union territories added in alphabetical order
  • Code tested
