This is immitation of "Ваше Лото" lottery, based on a several lottery draws. It uses an average values of this draws such as "average players count" , "average chance to win i n-tour" etc to imitate a new lottery draw. As we know, every lottery ticket has a chance to win another ticket, so when it happends, the program immediately plays this ticket. Capabilities of the program are :
1)Play by specifying the number of tickets 2)Show total info about last lottery draws that are stored in a "data"-file 3)Show info about winning tickets
