Main changes explained:

• Created event schema
• Created controller for retrieving all events, types, and location
• Implemented logic for event status determination

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log in
5. go to http://localhost:3000/communityportal/database/design
6. verify synthetic data are visible
7. verify filters and pagination are working properly
