Summary

The ownership of this repository has changed, the old token does not have access to perform release actions on this repository

I'm assuming that changing this to something like team-devex-bot and team-devex-bot@octopus.com is not simple?

Looks good, I agree it would be nice to rename the bot account so it doesn't reflect the old team name but don't really want to block this getting in so the release pipeline works.
